Dough

Ingredients :

350g Flour
1 tbl.spn Butter
½ t.spn yeast
1 t.spn Sugar
½ t.spn Salt

Method :

Dilute the yeast and sugar in ¼ cup of luke warm water.
Knead the flour with the salt, butter add the yeast solution.
Add more water to knead if required.

Filling

Ingredients :

200g boiled chicken
½ t.spn salt
1 Onion
1 Tomato
1 t.spn Chili pieces
2 tbl.spn Oil
1 t.spn Garlic and Ginger Paste
1 t.spn pepper powder
2 tbl.spn tomato source
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Method :

Pour the oil in a pan and add the ginger and garlic paste and start stir frying.
Add the tomatoes, onions, boiled chicken, and the rest of the ingredients and leave it in the hob for 4-5 minutes.

Base Source

Ingredients :

3 – 4 Tomatoes
¼ cup tomato Source

Method :

Grind the tomatoes, add the sauce, leave it to cook for 3-4 minutes in the cooker and leave it to cool.
Roll the dough in a small sphere of 6 inches in diameter.
Spread the base sauce at the base. Next spread the filling.
Sprinkle the grated cheese and bake it at 200 degrees in a pre heated oven for (10 – 15 minutes).
