Ingredients :

6 slices of Sandwich bread chiken-sandwitch  chiken-sandwitch1
250g Boiled chicken
1 t.spn of Pepper
½ t.spn Salt
3-4 Sliced tomatoes
4 tbl.spn Edinborough Mayonnaise
2 Onions
1 tbl.spn Oil

Method :

Pour oil into the pan and stir fry the onions.
Add the boiled (shredded) Chicken, salt & pepper powder and cook it for (4 -5 minutes).
Leave it to cool, add the mayonnaise and mix it evenly.
Spread the chicken filling on the bread and lay the sliced tomatoes with the lettuce.
Cut into half and serve.
