|6 slices of Sandwich bread|
|250g Boiled chicken|
|1 t.spn of Pepper|
|½ t.spn Salt|
|3-4 Sliced tomatoes|
|4 tbl.spn Edinborough Mayonnaise|
|1 tbl.spn Oil|
|Pour oil into the pan and stir fry the onions.|
|Add the boiled (shredded) Chicken, salt & pepper powder and cook it for (4 -5 minutes).|
|Leave it to cool, add the mayonnaise and mix it evenly.|
|Spread the chicken filling on the bread and lay the sliced tomatoes with the lettuce.
Cut into half and serve.
